Celebrating 20 Years of Multicultural Diversity
The Townsville Cultural Fest celebrates the depth and diversity of Australian culture with an ever increasing jubilation. This year marks the 20th anniversary and the TC Fest is taking it to the next level with 80 performing groups, 30 food stalls, 5 days, 4 stages, One Love. The Fest starts from Wednesday 13th of August and will conclude Sunday 17th of August. Local & International acts will take to Jezzine Park offering everything from folk, rock, pop, Indigenous Australian music, African drum troupes, South Sea Island, Middle Eastern as well as Latin Dance groups.

We had a great day at the Melbourne Cup function, hosted by Riverview Tavern. We weren’t lucky enough to have a win but we did enjoy getting dressed up and heading out of the office for a couple of hours.
