Carol Ward

Carol has over 6 years experience and knowledge in the industry spanning from Burdekin, Cardwell, Ingham and out to Pentland and Charters Towers and overall in Townsville and District.  

With over a year's experience working with portfolio investors from all over Australia and the world Carol has great knowledge of what is required when looking after your investment as an asset manager and not just as a property manager and making your investment work for you. 

Carol has also dabbled slightly in the sales market so brings this knowledge with her along with ensuring she offers a high standard of service to all her clients. Her one motto in her role is "Communication and Understanding are the Key to Good Property Management". 

In her spare time she likes to travel, spend time with family and friends and spend time away at the Ewan Race Track helping out to get ready for one of the biggest race meets in Queensland. 

Carol's aim is to help the team at Ray White become the "Choice of Agencies" for landlords and tenants and be part of one of the highest performing Property Management Teams in Townsville.
