As an absentee investor I brought my business to Tarnya at Ray White Douglas from another mainstream agency in Townsville, and honestly I wish I had made the switch sooner it has been the best investor-agent relationship that I have experienced across multiple states. From finding great tenants in minimum time, very thorough inspection reporting and proactive communication and maintenance action I could not speak more highly of Tarnya and the team. In addition to this, during the Townsville floods Tarnya went over and above to assist in getting a property assessed by insurance leading to early rebuild, liaising with and supporting the tenants who were displaced as a result and assisting with the rebuild representing my interests whilst unable to attend. There is no doubt that this close management has ensured a much higher level of quality in the rebuild and kept it on track for early completion.
