Once your application is approved by the owner of the property our leasing officer will contact you and advise you of the good news.
Upon your verbal acceptance of the property, your property manager will contact you to schedule an appointment for you to attend the office to sign all of the necessary tenancy documentation, including signing of lease agreements and bond lodgement form.
An email will then be sent to you confirming in writing your approval, commencement date, rent and bond amount.
At your lease sign up appointment you will be required to pay the bond by either EFTPOS (charges apply), bank cheque or money order made payable to Ray White. Is it also at this sign up your property manager will provide you with a specialised ‘Welcome Pack’ which contains the following:
• New tenant Welcome Letter
• Tenants information guide
• Maintenance request form
• Arrears policy
• Rent payment options
• RTA Tenant Booklet
Prior to your lease commencement you will be required to pay the first two weeks rent made payable to Ray White in the form of Direct Bank Transfer / EFTPOS, bank cheque or money order. You will then be asked to sign for the keys to your new home.
You will also be given two copies of the condition report, which will need to be returned to our office, with any changes made within 3 business days.
